Getting stronger and stronger (Sat 19/03/22)

Yesterday I felt giggly, fun, I was singing and dancing to the heart’s content. The sun was out. Good vibes were in.

I did some tidying up.

I chatted to a friend after dinnertime.

I walked to the shops and back wearing my favourite shorts and leggings. I took the scenic route.

I thank my higher power for helping me to feel more confident.

Ducklings- such healthy little things, waddling around together. I hope to see some irl soon!

Best moves of the day: walking, connecting with a friend, tidying, cooking, being lighthearted at home, trying some new creative DIY skin food.

Why? Because fitness is fun, it makes you look and feel more attractive, and makes you feel more confident!
